Terms and Conditions

1. The events you post on our site is real and accurate.

2. You will be responsible for buying and selling the tickets through our site.

3. You will be responsible to contact ticket buyers and provide refund/compensation in case of event cancellation, postponement, delay or any other non-natural problems that affect the event. We will not be responsible for any nature-related problem that occur before, during, or after the event.  

4. You will be responsible for contact the eventorganizers for any events related questions, problems, refund and compensation.  

5. You will not hold Eticketbazaar liable for other users’ content and actions. We have no way to verify if the event is real, legal, accurate or safe.  

6. Any user related information that will be collected will not be used outside the purpose of contacting through Eticketbazaar, and the contact is only regarding the event that user has registered/signed up/ bought tickets for.  

7. No illegal, pornographic, sexually explicit, racial, defamatory, discriminatory material and information shall be posted on our site.  

8. We have the rights to remove your membership, account at any time without notification.  

9. You are responsible to keep your information, password safe. Any activities done using your account and password will be your responsibility.  

10. Due to the nature of the internet, all users shall comply with the local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable information.  

11. You agree not to reproduce, sell, copy, duplicate, resell, exploit of any material posted on Eticketbazaar.  

12. Under no circumstances will Eticketbazaar be responsible for any loss, customer relations, events results, third party relations, payment and delivery of services, goods, tickets, fees, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings.  

13. Eticketbazaar is intended for personal use. Professional and corporate uses of Eticketbazaar are prohibited without our written approval.  

14. The name “Eticketbazaar” and “Eticketbazaar, LLC” is our legal name, and shall not be used anywhere else without our written approval.  

15. You must not hack, modify, adapt, attack, republish any material, content, users of Eticketbazaar.  

16. By posting materials on Eticketbazaar.com or by making such materials available to Eticketbazaar website, you grant Eticketbazaar LLC and its designers a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such materials (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such materials into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed. We shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any such materials.  

17. Eticketbazaar will not be responsible for any third party link, including pictures, audio, videos, text, intellectual property posted on our website.  

18. If you have a dispute with any other users of Eticketbazaar or event related third party, you release us from claims, demands and damages of every nature.  

19. Eticketbazaar, trademarks and service marks, and other Eticketbazaar logos and product and service names are owned by Eticketbazaar, LLC. You will not  advertise, post, display or use them in any manner without our written consent.  

20. You may not create, contact or submit email to any Eticketbazaar customer, except for the ones mentioned in 21.  

21. By signing up, RSVP, buying tickets for an event, you will allow event organizer to send you that particular event related updates.  

22. You may not transmit any worm, virus, quarantine to or via our site.  

23. If any dispute arise that require to be adjudicated in court, you and Eticketbazaar agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the County of Las Vegas, Nevada.  

24.Eticketbazaar will not settle, mediate or otherwise assume responsibility for resolving disputes between event holders and those who refer customers to their events.  

25.Eticketbazaar assumes no liability arising from the use or misuse of the software, or in the event that the software fails to operate as expected, even if such failure results in the loss of data or in the misrepresentation of data necessary for the parties to fulfill commitments entered into using the software.
